We currently do not accept returns – please gift any unused products with which you are not satisfied to friends or family who want to be a part of The Salty Tub Club!

Refunds
Products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so order carefully.
Damages and issues
Please remember that due to the delicate nature of Bath Salts, the Vibe (bath bomb), and our liquid products (i.e. The Essentials and ACV) items are packed properly for transport, however, they can crack or break during transport (shipping). Although we do our best, certain things are beyond our control once they leave our facility. The Salts, Tub Tab, and the Vibe are still usable as their performance remains the same.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@saltytub.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
