The Digital Detox is a major component of each of our Bath Soak Kits. What's a Digital Detox you ask? A Digital Detox means you DON'T USE YOUR PHONE (or any other digital device) for the entirety of the detox process. "Wait! What?! What am I supposed to do for an hour without my phone?" Yeah, we get that a lot. Here are some suggestions - dim the lights and pick a few:
- Meditate
- Be still & be present
- Tune out and think your own thoughts
- Read a book
- Listen to soft music or a podcast
- Contemplate in silence
- Speak some manifestations
- Eat a snack
- Practice holding your breath
- Do a face mask, deep condition your hair, or shave your legs (or face)
- Do some self reflection
- Brainstorm
- Daydream
- Do affirmations
- Be nostalgic
We could go on, but you get the point. Try it out! Unplugging for an hour is an awesome way to calm & reset your mind and boost your mood!
